CaseReady is a documentation & organization service. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.

Lawyers don't reject cases.
They reject chaos.

CaseReady turns your workplace dispute — the screenshots, emails, and memories — into an organized, lawyer-ready evidence package. So when you sit down with an attorney, they can actually evaluate your case.

The Problem

Why attorneys pass on real cases

Employment attorneys review dozens of inquiries a week. Most arrive the same way: a long emotional email, a phone full of screenshots, no dates, no timeline, no documents. Even when something real happened, the attorney can't see it — so they pass.

"You're more likely to get a lawyer if you're prepared."

If you've experienced workplace bullying, harassment, discrimination, or retaliation, your evidence probably lives in ten different places: texts, emails, HR complaints, voicemails, witness names, your own memory. CaseReady's job is to pull all of it into one clean, professional package — the kind attorneys can review in minutes instead of hours.

How It Works

Three steps to a lawyer-ready file

1

Guided Intake

You complete a structured questionnaire and a private intake call. We identify every source of evidence you have — and what you may have forgotten you have.

2

We Organize Everything

Using professional document-control methods and AI-assisted processing, we build your chronological timeline, catalog every piece of evidence, and flag documentation gaps you can still fill.

3

You Get the Package

A complete, professionally formatted case binder — timeline, exhibit index, key-facts summary — delivered as a PDF you can hand to any attorney.

What You Get

The CaseReady Package

Chronological TimelineEvery incident, dated and sourced, in one clear sequence — the first thing every attorney looks for.
Exhibit IndexEvery email, text, photo, and document cataloged, labeled, and cross-referenced to your timeline.

Documentation Gap ChecklistWhat's missing from your records and how you may still be able to obtain it (pay stubs, HR file requests, witness details).
Complete Case Binder (PDF)Everything assembled into one professional, bookmarked document — ready to email or print for any consultation.
Attorney-Meeting Prep SheetThe practical questions to ask in a consultation, and the materials to bring, so you make the most of every meeting.

Why Me

I managed confidential documents at JFK

I spent five years on the JFK Airport redevelopment — one of the largest construction programs in America — leaving as a senior manager, with years serving the Port Authority of NY & NJ through HNTB and with AECOM Hunt. My job lived in sensitive information — including documents classified “Confidential Privileged” under the Port Authority’s information-security standards: contracts, compliance records, coordination documents where a missing page or an unclear paper trail costs real money. Evidence-grade document control isn't something I picked up for this service. It's my profession.

SYSTIMZ LLC builds AI-powered documentation systems, including Answered Instantly, used on live construction projects. CaseReady applies that same discipline — professional organization, AI-assisted processing, strict confidentiality — to the records that matter most: yours.

Your privacy, taken seriously: on request, your entire file can be processed on private, offline systems — the same on-premise AI approach behind Answered Instantly. Your documents never touch the cloud.

I talk about workplace rights and documentation every week on TikTok, where this service was born — from hundreds of people asking the same question: "How do I get a lawyer to take me seriously?"

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Are you a law firm? Is this legal advice?

No, and this matters: CaseReady is a documentation and organization service operated by SYSTIMZ LLC. We are not attorneys, we do not provide legal advice, we do not evaluate the legal merits of your case, and no attorney-client relationship is created. What we do is organize your facts and evidence into a professional package so that a licensed attorney can evaluate your case efficiently. Decisions about whether you have a legal claim belong to you and a lawyer.

Will this guarantee a lawyer takes my case?

No one can promise that, and you should be cautious of anyone who does. What we can say: attorneys consistently respond better to organized, documented, chronological case files than to scattered screenshots. CaseReady maximizes the chance your case gets a real evaluation.

What kinds of situations do you work with?

Workplace disputes: bullying, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful-termination situations, hostile work environments, and wage issues. If your situation is outside this scope, we'll tell you before you pay.

Is my information confidential?

Yes. Your documents are used only to prepare your package, are never shared with anyone without your written direction, and are deleted from our systems 90 days after delivery unless you ask us to keep them longer. I spent five years handling confidential information on the JFK Airport redevelopment as a senior manager — protecting sensitive documents is how I work by default. For maximum privacy, request fully offline processing: your file is built on private, on-premise AI systems and never touches the cloud.

How long does it take?

The Readiness Review is delivered within 3 business days of your intake call. The Full Package is delivered within 7 business days of receiving your complete materials.

What if I'm missing evidence?

That's common — and it's exactly what the Documentation Gap Checklist is for. We identify what's missing and point out records you may still be able to request, like your HR file or pay records.

Do you refer me to a lawyer?

We can point you to public directories and bar-association referral services in your state, free of charge. We never accept payment from attorneys for referrals — our only client is you.

What's your refund policy?

If we haven't started work on your file, you get a full refund, no questions asked. After work begins, fees are earned as deliverables are completed — details are in the service agreement you'll receive before payment.
